Facilities
Set on 21 wooded acres overlooking a classic New England pond, the Contemporary Music Center's three recording studios, sound stage and professional offices form the epicenter of a facility dedicatd to helping you prepare for a career in contemporary music.At the center of the property is the Barn Studio Complex, containing the main studio, iso/rehearsal room, tracking room and performance space. Nearby is the Lodge, a 100-year old hunting cabin now housing the Executive Track offices, the library, reading room, computer lab and resident life director's office. Enjoy meals in front of the stone fireplace in the Cafe or on the covered porch overlooking Seth's Pond. The student lounge, rehearsal rooms and the guest laundry are located downstairs. The newest building on the property is the Dorm, featuring separate accommodations for men and women. Just over the hill is the Cottage, housing two ProTools 001 studios and the Residence Life Director.
